        This is an  awesome statement made by Alan Stein. Its pretty much saying that you either have the chose to be successful or not . Also saying that success isn't a mistake you earn it . Like a good example would be that you be successful by going to school and college and do career you would like to do that pays good money . Like that you be living successful in life . One bad example would not go to school and drop out of school and not go to college and like that you wouldn't be successful .So this is an exelect statement made by him because hes telling young people how to be successful in life. But is telling those who don't like to go to school because it pays out later on .So i acutally like this quote that Alan Stein made here.

Refelction ; This is important because with education you can do a lot of things with it. You can get a job with an education. can go to college with a good education. There is so many things you can do with an education but that's just some of the things. It also means that if you get a  good education in your life you will do good in life and be successful.
